2011北宜公路賽與TUAA阿里山-1

去年因傷北宜賽是當後勤人員,<br />睽違兩年成績退步了4分鐘。<br />但話說起來我這一年來也是夠混的。<br />平常時愛騎不騎,有這樣的成績也不意外。<br />倒是騎的好才對不起辛苦練習的車友呢!!

航翊維修分享

從2009年購入航翊RT-038 使用至今~<br />中間透過店家保過兩次...<br />一次前輪一次後輪~都是燒框~<br />坦白說我只有比賽跟賽前一兩周會裝上這輪組~<br />要論里程數的話,真的不多...<br />偏偏隊輪也是RT038,大家這樣蹂躪來糟蹋去也不見毛病。<br />還是我只能說我真是帶賽?!<br />

a使用小十字螺絲起子,卸下4顆螺絲。
可以用小容器裝起來以免遺失了
b用你的手指指甲,翻開前蓋。
避免使用任何尖銳的工具以免防水型密封墊圈損壞。


拆除舊電池
a前蓋的位子如圖所示.

b然後準備從機子中取出電池.
要小心,不要破壞了按鈕的扁電路版
c翻起前蓋(位子如圖所示).
d避開按鈕的扁電路版

e小心挖出電池



銲下電池

a使用烙鐵加熱銲點.
千萬要小心不要破壞了按鈕的扁電路板.
取出電池後可以見到固定電池與機子之間的矽力康.可以不要移除它
.

 4.新電池

a比對舊電池上電線長度.
這個長度相當重要,務必要保持與舊的相當.

b裁切電線

C撥開絕緣外皮約2mm

d取少量的銲錫預先鍍上

e按照圖示位置和上新電池
黑線在頂部

f紅線先銲上
g黑線第二

h注意:電線正負極一但接上,powercontrol即為啟動狀態.
如果不開機,請檢查銲接工作,或按面板上的Mode鈕喚醒powercontrol

i將前蓋翻上(如圖所示)

j用牙籤或尖物沾上酌量矽力康.

k塗於機子中固定電池處

l將電池放入

m將電池向底部施壓
以免碰到扁電路板

The ball bearing was machined (two longitudinal cuts 180 deg apart with the hacksaw to release the press fit by reducing hoop stress) out of the Standard DA outboard cups.
